I wouldn’t say I conform to latest styles which is stating the bleeding obvious I guess, being a regular at op shops. I love it when I can mix a vintage item with something newer which is what I did here.
The top is a vintage ‘Elegance’ lace top/jacket. I always wear something underneath as it only fastens with press studs and they can pop open quite easily. I’ve had it for years so I don’t remember where I bought it or for how much.
The skirt is Jacqui-E and I’ve also had it for a few years (not as many as the top). I’m trying to remember when this type of skirt was in fashion and I think it’s around 10 years ago?
My accessory is our dog.
Even the label is elegant – note the detail around the edge.
